The feeling you get from doing this reasoning is an electric discharge that runs through your back and that shakes your soul deep down giving a lot of energy, the same energy that comes to me during the tastings when I talk about my wines and you actually realize that they are the wines to talk about me and this marvelous territory in which we find ourselves. This energy is what I am looking for and it is one of the two reasons why I am a winemaker.
